SHUTTERFALL TERMS OF USE

1. AGREEMENT AND ELIGIBILITY

These Terms are an agreement between you and PANOX GLOBAL, operating as PANOX, covering Shutterfall, its accounts, Byte Wallet, archives, and competitions.

By creating an account, selecting “I Agree,” or using Shutterfall, you accept these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Otherwise, do not use Shutterfall.

You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree. Minors require parental or guardian permission where applicable.

These Terms do not waive rights that law makes mandatory.

2. ACCOUNTS AND PRIVACY

Provide accurate information, protect your password, and report unauthorized access. Do not sell, transfer, share, or impersonate an account.

Your Player ID may appear in gameplay, archives, competitions, or leaderboards; private credentials will not appear.

PANOX handles account, gameplay, device, security, photo, archive, Byte Wallet, support, and preference information under the Privacy Policy.

Send privacy requests to [PRIVACY EMAIL]. Deletion may permanently remove progression, photos, archives, rewards, and balances, subject to lawful retention.

3. LICENCE AND OWNERSHIP

PANOX grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Shutterfall for non-commercial entertainment. Shutterfall is licensed, not sold.

PANOX and its licensors own the game’s software, code, systems, characters, environments, models, audio, writing, interfaces, logos, and marketing materials.

Do not copy, sell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit them except where law permits.

4. FAIR PLAY AND CONDUCT

Use Shutterfall lawfully. Do not use cheats, bots, automation, modified clients, injected code, exploits, or unauthorized tools.

Do not manipulate matches, Flag Zones, photographs, backups, XP, licences, tiers, rewards, Byte Wallet balances, competitions, or leaderboards.

Do not duplicate claims, falsify records, disrupt services, bypass security, access accounts, distribute malware, harass others, impersonate PANOX, or evade enforcement.

Stop using exploits and report them to admin@panoxgloba.net.

Good-faith reporting is permitted.

5. PLAYER PHOTOGRAPHS AND CONTENT

You retain rights you lawfully hold in content you create.

You grant PANOX a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, reproduce, and display that content as necessary to operate Shutterfall

authenticate captures, maintain archives, administer competitions, provide support, enforce these Terms, and comply with law.

Do not submit illegal, infringing, abusive, hateful, exploitative, malicious, or privacy-violating content.

PANOX may restrict or remove prohibited material. Private photographs will not be used in unrelated advertising or merchandise without required permission.

6. BYTE WALLET AND REWARDS

Byte Wallet currency is proprietary in-game currency earned through gameplay. It is not legal tender, cryptocurrency, electronic money, a bank deposit, or cash-redeemable.

It cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside Shutterfall. Shutterfall currently has no real-money purchases and collects no payment-card or banking information.

Rewards are credited after authoritative confirmation. PANOX may correct balances affected by duplicate claims, errors, unauthorized access, fraud, or verified exploits.

Reward values appear in game and may change prospectively for balancing, with notice when material.

7. COMPETITIONS AND SERVICE CHANGES

Competitions and leaderboards may have Official Rules covering eligibility, scoring, entries, disqualification, and prizes.

No real-world prize exists unless those Rules expressly provide one.

Beta, CBT, preview, or testbed features may change. PANOX may conduct maintenance, security updates, balancing, fixes, migrations, or feature changes.

Material progression resets will be disclosed unless urgent security action is necessary.

Shutterfall is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently compatible with every device.

8. ENFORCEMENT AND TERMINATION

Violations may lead to warnings, content removal, balance correction, restrictions, suspension, disqualification, leaderboard removal, or termination.

Security risks may require immediate action. Where practical, PANOX will explain enforcement and offer review through in-game/e-mail announcements.

You may stop or request deletion through admin@panoxglobal.net.

Termination may remove account data, progression, licences, photos, archives, rewards, and balances.

Limited records may remain for security, fraud prevention, disputes, legal compliance, or backup expiry.

9. DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY

Shutterfall is provided, where law permits, on an “as available” basis.

PANOX does not promise uninterrupted access, permanent features, universal compatibility, or freedom from every bug.

Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Where law permits, PANOX is not responsible for unforeseeable indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses.

Aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of CAD $100 or amounts paid to PANOX during the preceding twelve months. Mandatory remedies remain unaffected.

10. LAW, CHANGES, AND CONTACT

Ontario law and Canadian federal law govern these Terms without removing mandatory protections where you live.

Contact admin@panoxglobal.net for resolution. Ontario courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. These Terms require no mandatory arbitration or class-action waiver.

Material changes will be announced through the website, game, account notice, or email before taking effect.

New acceptance will be requested where legally required. Declining an update may require discontinuing affected services.
